Mahesh Pitchayan offers psychedelic integration coaching and microdosing facilitation. This is not therapy, counseling, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. Qualifications
Mahesh Pitchayan holds certifications as a psychedelic integration coach and microdosing facilitator, and has academic training in psychology and over two years of clinical research experience at the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic & Consciousness Research. He is not a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or medical professional.
Harm reduction & personal responsibility
Services are offered to healthy adults who independently choose to engage with psychedelics. No substances are sold, provided, or distributed. Clients are solely responsible for their own choices and the legal risks associated with psychedelic use in their jurisdiction. Psilocybin and other psychedelics remain controlled substances in most U.S. states.
Health & safety
A health and medication screening is conducted before any program begins. This service is not appropriate for individuals with a personal or family history of psychosis or schizophrenia. Always consult a healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine.
Cancellation & refunds
The money-back guarantee applies when a client completes the full 4-week program — attends all scheduled calls, responds to check-ins, and genuinely engages with the work — and does not feel they benefitted. In that case, a full refund will be issued, no questions asked.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit that session. Consultation calls are complimentary and may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Confidentiality
All client information — including health history, intentions, session content, and personal details — is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
Intellectual property
All protocols, guides, materials, and content provided during coaching are the intellectual property of Middle Path Integration, LLC. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Middle Path Integration, LLC is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from participation in coaching services or the independent use of psychedelics. By engaging these services, clients acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nassau County, New York.
Privacy
Personal information collected — including name, email, and health history — is used solely to provide coaching services. It is never sold or shared with third parties without consent. Client communications are handled with discretion and stored securely.
Agreement
By booking a discovery call or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
